I go there for all of my tire needs. Their prices are reasonable on new and used tires. They have also done alignment, brake work and rotors for me as well and have done a great job. The rare instances where the tire was not up to par, they have replaced it for free. I’ll continue to go there for their good customer service.

The worst customer service possible. I went to get my alignment after buying 4 new tires from them. They were understaffed and I was told it would be 16 min wait and I advised I was on a time frame. The guy said it wouldn't be a problem. After 20 minutes and no one saying anything I called the store and asked about setting an appointment to come back. I advised I had been there 20 minutes and I couldn't wait if it was going to be awhile. He advised they had two people call off. I went back the next day. I then went to the Harrisburg location to get my tire receipt they never provided the day I purchased them. I was told the manager had went to a meeting to come back in the afternoon. I went back and only 1 guy working and he said he had to call the boss. I waited and when another employee showed up I asked about receipt. He then asked me to come in. When I went in the guy who had to call the boss was writing my receipt. He and the guy from Sullivsnt location was on speaker having a full blown conversation about me. Saying that's just the kind of customer I am. I expect good customer service and I didn't get it. Just several trips for something pretty simple.

Let me tell you about Taz Tires on Sullivant Ave...first off Taz himself is a caring businessman and has helped this single mother out in unimaginable ways and he's truly a blessing to me. His employees have always been pleasant and get you in and out quickly. Mike and his co-worker took care of me today and they were awesome. I will come back again and again and recommend any of his locations to anyone. Please come check them out and you won't be disappointed. Thanks guys for everything you do!!
