Came for tire mounting. They started to jack my car up in the wrong place, so I had to stop them before they damaged my car. Tire mounting was fine, however, they don't use any proper torque wrenches. They just blast their air tools without regard, and over-torqued all my lugs. Must have been over 150ft-lb when I took them off. Also they just torque the wheels in a circular pattern, which isn't the worst thing, but a sign of incompetence. I wouldn't bring any car here that I really cared about

View on GoogleI was here at 8:30AM on 05/05/2025 and another car pulled up at 8:40AM the worker got here late at 9:07 AM the shop says they open online at 9AM. Being late and you run a business is unprofessional. The worker said a USED tire was $70 maybe because I’m a woman but a USED tire is $50! So I said no that’s too much for a USED tire then he said $60 so I accepted it because I need it. I will only go to sulivant or Cleveland Ave location. Those 2 locations are the BEST! Then when the worker fixed my car he was trying to fix both cars and one time. He could have got tired mixed up or rims mixed up. When working on a car please focus one at a time so you won’t have any screw ups! My tire was fixed successfully but the price and work was crazy and unprofessional!
