I had a tire that I had to keep adding air to. I found this place close to home, and called for an appointment. My call was answered after the first ring by a friendly guy who said to come on in that it was "first come first served." I pulled in the drive-thru style bay, where an employee was waiting to guide me through and ask what I needed. They found a nail in my tire. I waited in the car as the tire was repaired ($35). The whole process took about 10 minutes, and of all employees I encountered said hello and were very friendly.

National tire & battery said to get to used tires because of the condition of the vehicle it wasn't worth buying new tires I'll get a steam used tires the one place that had my size unfortunately they only had three One of them was good The other two were almost just as bad as the tires that I took off when I asked them if I could test the trade cuz national tire and battery gave me a tread tester it showed in the yellow that means the tread was less than a half an inch and everything that I asked them they had an attitude about it like what do I expect were used tires however I am paying $65 for these used tires plus $2 each for six new lug nuts thank goodness I got my tire changed so I don't have a blowout but worst customer service ever it was they were acting as if it was a problem for me to check the tires that they were going to put on my car and charge me $65 each for. And when I asked him to be a little more customer service friendly he said well you're the only person who even said anything Nice customer service.

Been going to Steve's since highschool, 26yrs. Some where around that time frame. Just a very dependable spot to get new and used tires. Hell, Just got tires from him because tire discounters didnt have any available appointments. I saved about $240. Look for the small white sign that says Steve's Tires in red.

I’m a Lyft driver and went to this tire shop because it was the closest place open to replace my tire. Unfortunately, they installed a snow tire instead of an all-season tire on my car. It was dark at the time, so I didn’t notice until the next day. When I went back, the employee told me he couldn’t change it because it “fit my tire size.” Meanwhile, the tire was making loud wheel-bearing-like noise on the highway, and even my riders were complaining about the sound and ride quality. I had no choice but to drive like that for 3 days before finally going somewhere else to replace it with the correct tire. As someone who depends on my car daily for work, this was stressful, unsafe, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place if you expect proper service or honest solutions.
