I had an excellent experience with Kenny. Last week was traveling to Niagara falls, started from Nashville TN and my car check engine light showed up when I reached columbus. I reached out Kenny and he quickly diagnosed and fixed my car’s check engine light issue with professionalism and honesty. He clearly explained the problem and fixed the issue efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly with the car. The pricing was very reasonable , and there were no unnecessary repairs or hidden charges. My car is running great now, didn’t see any issues though I traveled (1300miles)back home . He also asked me to call him any time during the trip, incase I had any issues with the car for assistance. I truly appreciate his expertise and excellent customer service. Kenny was super helpful. I was getting ready to commute to work when I found that the clutch of my Dodge Dart had zero pressure. It was nearly impossible to get it into gear. I thought my clutch had gone out. So I called Steagalls Mobile Auto Service and told Kenny what was going on. He looked up my VIN number and directed me to where I could add hydraulic fluid. Luckily, I had some remaining from earlier in the year. I added it, and my clutch started working fine. Kenny got me in contact with a transmission mechanic he trusted so that we can identify where the small leak is. Kenny was very reasonable, stating he didn’t want to change me a service fee just to come out there to diagnose the issue and tell me that I needed to take it to a shop. I asked him if I could Zelle him something just for pointing me in the right direction and getting me connected with the transmission mechanic, and he said just leave me a good review and call me if you ever have trouble in the future. I saved Kenny’s contact info into my phone and I will definitely be reaching out to Steagalls Mobile Auto Service again if I have vehicle troubles in the future. Thank you Kenny for your kindness and not taking advantage of my ignorance.

View on GoogleThe reviews for this guy made me think he was an angel. I was so happy to have someone close by that I thought I could rely on for an affordable price. Called him. He told me to call him back if he didn’t get back to me. Called him back. For days. He said he would probably be able to get me in the next day after I called him the first time. If you’re busy just be honest with me. Please. I have one car and it’s cost me as much as it would to fix it to get back and forth to places cause I trusted. :(
