I told them what was wrong with my vehicle, and a phone call later after dropping my vehicle off, they informed me I was close to knowing what my vehicle trouble was, and the real solution they offered, was cheaper than my original diagnosis. They were honest. They chose honesty over making profit. They gave me courtesy rides to and from home after having various things done to my jeep over a period of months. Even the owner picked me up a few times. And the office staff has experience with understanding vehicle systems, and explains things very well with a friendly smile. I highly recommend them over a dealer. Family owned. At Shifflet, you can request your OEM broken parts be returned, and request OEM part replacements...ALL WITH THE SHIFFLET WARRANTY.

View on GoogleWe took our 2012 Chevy Equinox to Shifflet Auto Care is the past, so we knew that they would give us good service and fix the issues going on with the vehicle. We had an extensive inspection to diagnosis everything that needed to be repaired. They take pictures to show you where the problems are with your vehicle. We had all the repairs done and the Equinox runs like a charm, better than it had in 2 years. They have great mechanics that are very experienced in their craft. E was my go to person with questions and explanations about all repairs needed/suggested. Melody is also in the front office and she is so kind and easy to talk too. E and Melody are both in the front office, they are caring and personable, what a great team. Thank you Shifflet 👍🏽
