Service Center - Germain Nissan

I had a great experience at Germain Nissan while getting my car serviced. From the moment I arrived, Paul was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Paul clearly explained what needed to be done, kept me updated throughout, and finished the work in a timely manner. I really appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to quality service. It’s clear he care about his customers and take pride in his work. I left feeling confident that my car was well taken care of. I highly recommend Germain Nissan to anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and courteous service. The A/C and infotainment system both needed repair/replacement, and Bianca made the entire process seamless. She clearly explained what my car needed and kept me updated on the timeline. She also set me up with a loaner while the work was being done, which made things incredibly convenient. I’ve got my car back now, and it feels as good as new. The service team at Germain did excellent work with reasonable turnaround. Overall, a great experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough great things about the service team at Jermaine Nissan specially JOSHUA!!!! I had unfortunately driven my car until the brakes were basically at zero, and I was honestly very nervous about bringing it in. Anything related to car repairs gives me a lot of anxiety, and it took me several days to gather the courage to go. From the moment I arrived, the team made the entire experience easy and stress-free. They inspected my car right away, completed my oil change, and clearly explained what needed to be done. They were honest and upfront in telling me it was not safe to drive my car until the brakes were fixed—which I truly appreciated because safety comes first. What really stood out was how thoughtful Joshua was and prompt . Not only did he take care of the repairs quickly and at a very reasonable price, he also washed my car and even replaced the battery in my key fob. Those little touches meant a lot. That kindness made a huge difference for someone like me who gets apprehensive about car issues. Joshua also provided me with a temporary vehicle so I wouldn’t be stranded while my car was being serviced, which made the whole situation so much easier. Everything that was promised was done promptly, efficiently, and professionally. Outstanding customer care from start to finish. Got an oil, change, flush and fill on the radiator core, transmission flush and fill, transfer case flush and fill. They left my engine bay, completely a mess oil on top of the cover radiator fluid splashes all over if they’ve done that up top, I can only imagine how my transmission and transfer case looks. Brought it back four days later they kept it for two days saying they were gonna clean the engine bay to make it right on this review got it back engine bay still nasty literally took water and rubbed it with my finger on a video to show that it’s not a stain that is from their service now I’m gonna have to pay a detailer to clean it if I could change my review to zero stars, I would

I had took my car in to get looked over to see what was going on. Bianca was my service advisor who helped me with no hesitation. The whole process was smooth with no problems. She was very respectful and made sure I got everything I needed checked with the car. This wasn’t my first time getting help from her and I would go to her again for my next service.
