From start to finish, the entire experience at Rife's Autobody exceeded my expectations. The repair work was outstanding—my car looks perfect, and honestly, I can't tell anything ever happened to it. What impressed me most was how easy they made the process. They worked directly with my insurance company and helped make sure everything was handled properly. My account representative was fantastic—friendly, professional, and always keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. I never had to wonder what was going on because they stayed in touch throughout the entire process. The customer service was exceptional. Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care. Even the facility itself was clean, organized, and professional, which says a lot about how they run their business. The biggest surprise? I got my car back in less than a month, and the quality of the work was top-notch. If you need body work done, save yourself the time and stress. Rife's Autobody sets the standard for how this process should work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else.

I had some really old vinyl stuck to the front bumper and rear spoiler of my 2008 GT500. I had Rife's remove the bumper, sand vinyl off both parts, then respray & reinstall both parts. The attention to detail was really apparent at Rife's. Sub-par body shops that have worked on my other Mustang have painted the bumper without removing it from the car, or removing the grill from the bumper, resulting in clumpy paint where the 2 parts meet and not looking good at all. Rife's also replaced 2 of the plastic radiator cover clips that have been lost to time, which was completely unnecessary & appreciated. The spoiler took some additional pressing to get full coverage on the double-sided adhesive used to re-mount, but ended up sitting down well & stabilizing with what was provided. I would bring my car back for any paint work I need done because I know it will get done right

The team did an incredible job repairing my vehicle. Especially appreciate the interior detailing to clean the car after all the repairs. It looks like the day I drove it off the lot. Special thanks to Kate for coordinating, keeping me up to date, dealing with the insurance process, and getting me back in my car sooner than expected.

I was thoroughly impressed with everyone at Rife’s! This was my fortunately my first time having to deal with an auto body shop and they helped explain the process and walk me through everything. It was all very smooth and Ashley gave me frequent updates about my car. Not only was the end result exceptional, it was finished ahead of schedule! I would not hesitate to go back to Rife’s, although hopefully I never have a reason to.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Rife’s! Every staff member I interacted with was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I fell victim to another driver in a roundabout and a friend told me this was the place to go. This was my first time having to deal with insurance and car repairs and they couldn’t have made it easier. My car was finished sooner than I expected and it looked good as new! The interior and exterior were cleaned as well, which was totally unexpected! I would highly recommend checking out Rife’s if you’re looking for high quality car repairs! 😊
