I had a great experience at Ricart Chevrolet. The whole process of getting my Civic was quick, straightforward, and stress-free. Tim did an excellent job walking me through everything, answering my questions, and making sure I was taken care of from start to finish. If you’re looking for an easy and fast car-buying experience, I’d definitely recommend asking for Tim.

Once the part was delivered, the work was done in a timely manner. I also appreciated the financial assistance given, both by GM and Ricart. It was a fairly long process, but completed satisfactorily.
View on GoogleMy 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 started to have a torque converter clutch shudder at 76,000 miles. Matt, my service advisor stayed in frequent contact with me via text and advised me that after checking with my extended warranty company (Ally) they indicated that a transmission fluid flush was required as a first step in remedying the issue. I was fairly skeptical, but agreed to the procedure. Matt indicated that this service fixes 90% of the issue I am experiencing. He added that if it did not remedy the problem, he would go back to Ally and seek approval for a mechanical repair. After driving now about 300 miles, I have not had any shudder issues. But if I did, I felt confident Matt would handle the warranty process for me successfully.
