I would like to thank Omar snd one of his technicians for their help at checking over my car during a brief trip to Columbus. During my drive on a Columbus highway, I was experiencing a vibration that caused concern. The next morning, I went to Premier and Omar assured me they would check the car ASAP before I needed to drive back home. They quickly determined the cause of the vibration so I was able to make a decision on my next steps. Omar, thank you so much for your kindness and making sure our trip home would be a safe drive for us. I appreciate you fitting us into your busy schedule as soon as your shop opened up. I went today to Premier Tire &Auto Care. I would like to say the service was extremely amazing. They took care of my car professionally. The manager , omar, is friendly and kind as he explained what was going on. The nice thing is they provide warranty on everything they do. Even the price was not that high comparing to others. Recommend it.

They explain what my car needs in a way that I understand. They are so much more reasonable than the dealership and have actually diagnosed/recommended things the dealership has overlooked! They looked over a used car we were buying from a private seller allowing us to know exactly what we were purchasing! I'm so thankful for a mechanic I can trust!

View on GoogleVisited the shop for the first time a few weeks ago for a routine oil change. Coincidently, an electrical relay problem was identified. Omar helped coordinate the repair and oil change efficiently and for a fair price. My experience was so good that I ended up returning a week later for two new tires. The service and repair quality was beyond great once again. Having regular communication from the shop about vehicle status was fantastic. Will definitely return for future service!
