I would like to say thank you to Chris and his team for supporting me with my tire trouble when I was just about to get on the road and noticed an issue. I needed to make a 300 mile drive and wanted a sense of Security. Today, I am writing to say this is a team that supported me when the Porsche dealership would only offer to sell me one new tire. No education, no evaluation of the tire trouble, only the most expensive option was offered by my own dealership. Thanks, Chris, thanks PREMIER auto tire and Care. I will promote this business for its dedication to true service and not just the dollar bill.

I dropped my car off early Monday and the crew at Premier diagnosed my car within 2 hours of drop off. I needed major front end work done. They got parts ordered and installed in less than 24 hours. What I thought would take 2 plus days was one of the most pleasant car experiences and surprises I have had in a while. I will continue using them!

I was in Columbus in mid May with a Family member receiving care at the James. I heard an unusual sound from my rear tire and on a Saturday morning, I called Premier. It was very close to where we were staying on Olentangy Rd. Omar answered the phone and immediately responded to my need to check out the noise. It was a big piece of metal lodged in the tire. I needed to get to the James? So he offered a driver to take me there and then pick me up when the work was done, The driver was a very nice young man. I regret that I can’t recall his name but he was going to an auto tech school as well as working at Premier. My tire was replaced and I later traveled back to WV with no car issues. I’ve told everyone in my family about this experience. Starting with Omar, Premier Tire is the highest quality center, reasonably priced and 5 start service. Thank You!!!

Long story below but overall Premier Tire & Auto Care is the gold standard for mechanic shops. They are honest, professional, and are slow to charge often doing work on two of my cars completely for free. My first experience with them, I had just torn my meniscus and was driving my girlfriend’s car back from the hospital because my car was a manual and she was on bed rest after having surgery earlier that week (we couldn’t catch a break). On the way back I ran over a massive bolt, I was on a time crunch too because my brother was graduating from his ROTC program in Dayton and only had 15 minutes to spare before I missed his commencement. I stumbled in on crutches and explained the situation, they pulled another car off a lift, got mine up and fixed within 10 minutes and didn’t charge me anything for the work. Since then they have done work on my car and my girlfriend’s car with absolute transparency relating to price and work needed. I will forever recommend them to anyone in the area and will be bringing all of my cars here for the foreseeable future.
