I had an amazing experience here! One of my car tires had low pressure, and when they checked it, they found two nails, so they recommended a replacement. My new tire wouldn’t arrive until Monday, and I needed to travel to Portsmouth, Ohio the next morning. They replaced my spare tire so I could drive safely, and the best part; they did it all for free! The team was incredibly helpful, honest, and genuinely cared about my safety. I’m so impressed with their service that I will definitely come back next time, and I highly recommend them to anyone who values professionalism and excellent customer care.

Absolutely amazing experience at NTB on Holt Rd in Columbus. The staff was super friendly, honest, and got everything taken care of quickly. They explained what my car needed without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The service was fast, professional, and the prices were fair. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but these guys definitely earned my business. I’ll be coming back here for any tire or service needs. Highly recommend!

Had a late incident and needed a tire replacement. We unfortunately showed up right before they were about to close and still was given excellent service here. I truly appreciated their time and service as my entire family was in the car when it happened. We were out in 10 minutes.
