Awesome Staff always makes me feel welcome and service was fast. The manager Joey is a fantastic guy. I met the new Asst Manager Pete he was joy to speak to and he helped me which was greatly appreciated, awesome guy. These two makes my decision easy to remain as a repeat customer. The increase in price is a disappointment though.

I’ve come in multiple times with a flat tire (and my kind of tires are annoying and never available) the team here Pete and Joey magically have ordered my tire same day or next day at the latest and I’m out the door with out any stress. They do the work and truly solve the problem. I stop by every few months for a tire rotation, so easy! They take a stressful and at times pricey situation make it as best as possible!

Pete at the front desk was especially helpful, he was respectful, friendly, and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I really appreciated the clear communication and smooth experience.
View on GoogleWe had a sheared lug bolt while driving through on a road trip. I called and they said to come right over and they'd take care of it. We were in and out within an hour, and for a reasonable price. Thank you so much for helping us out! Our van had no problems the rest of our trip!
View on GoogleIt seems many car dealerships and car repair centers charge a lot and can’t be trusted with honest opinions and true needs for your vehicle. That’s definitely not the case with this NTB (now Mavis) - Joey is the manager and I’ve been coming here many years. With multiple vehicles - we always end up coming here (instead of the dealership) and we get better, reliable work for reasonable prices. Highly recommend this business!
