Exceptional Service at NTB! I recently had a fantastic experience at NTB, thanks to the store manager, Eric. I encountered an issue regarding the warranty on my tires, and Eric went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Even though there was a discrepancy in the system about my fourth tire, he was incredibly understanding and managed to warranty all four tires for me at a minimal cost. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. It’s not often you find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes the time to resolve issues promptly. I left the store feeling valued and appreciated. Charles and the team at NTB do honest and quick work at this location off Silver. They fixed the flat, changed my oil, and ended up doing my brakes, all at a very fair price and had it done within about an hour. We'll return again for any local maintenance on my Subaru Forester.
View on GoogleI realized after a full day of driving for business the my front tire was hissing!! I quickly looked for a place open at 8pm and night and luckily these amazing guys were open!!! They plugged my tire and had me on the road in about 20 mins!! So grateful and recommend!!

I went to advantage auto & that young man was so kind he check my tire pressure & 3 of my brand new 4 tires were very low & the 4th new tire had no cap!!! My tire light is still on so now I'm concerned I got shotty tires
