We were referred by 4x4 on West broad, to contact Nelson Frame, we initially took our truck in to have some mechanical work done to replace fuel pump, they had our truck up in the air and seen issues with the frame, ate up with rust, our mechanic advised us to get rid of the truck as soon as possible, we have grown to love our truck and have placed money into our ride we didn't want to part ways. We were referred to Nelson frame and they gave us wonderful news that we were able to save our truck at a wonderful price quote. This was the perfect timing especially with it being tax season. Not only we are going to be saving money and resolving the issue, we also we'll be able to keep our truck for a long time to enjoy. We want to the people who have referred us to Nelson frame. After recently having my car lowered, I was in immediate need of an alignment. This business was polite over the phone, prompt with scheduling me and professional with the service. My car drives great and I was beyond appreciative of the observations they made while they were servicing my vehicle even though they squeezed me in last minute. Other places were recommended to me but between pricing and phone etiquette, I wasn't comfortable taking my vehicle in for service. I was beyond satisfied with the staff and experience at Nelson Frame & Axle and of course I would love to return again for future services! If you drive a car that is lowered or has adjustable control arms I recommend checking these guys out instead of some of the other businesses that may frequently get recommended in the city! My car feels great!

They did an excellent job—professional, honest, and thorough. The truck drives perfectly now, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable truck repair or alignment work!
View on GoogleCouldn’t find someone to replace my exhaust with an aftermarket (I had purchased). Was recommended Nelson Frame and Axle by another shop. Front pipe needed trimmed to fit smaller wheelbase Tacoma so, I wanted to take it somewhere with proper tools and time. I usually do all my auto work myself but entrusted this to them as I was working out of town. They did a great job and replaced the exhaust in less time than the manufacturer estimates in instructions.. And they charged me accordingly. I’ll be back and recommend them to anyone looking for auto work.. aftermarket work being especially hard to find.
