Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

So I got to say this place is top-notch and it’s manager. Glenn is awesome.. I can say that because I just brought in my third vehicle here in the last three days for oil changes and tires . With winter it’s time to get some business taken care of on the old vehicles and this place makes it easy.. Easily located in the Luis Polaris area I’m pretty easy access.. These guys are great about taking an appointment and keep you on track or squeezing you in between appointments . In my case, I had three drop fortunately they were able to work in within just a few minutes.. This place is clean, fast efficient, and they treat you with respect because they’re very customer friendly . I’ve taken my vehicles to a lot of different places and I gotta say this is top-tier top shelf .

I had an emergency flat tire right after work and they fit me in immediately and were very informative about what happened to my tire and where the leak was. They explained my options and told me up front how much it would cost ($40, which is very reasonable) and told me how they would patch it. They fixed it properly and were very quick. They also checked my other tires for me and filled them up for me. It’s always hard to trust some places since some shops give small auto service places a bad name with scams but if you need your tire fixed, please give these guys your business. Very transparent about what happened and didn’t try to sell me on anything bs. Good quality work. Will definitely be giving them any business I have if I ever have tire problems.

Not horrible customer service but not great by any means. Guy drove the car into the garage with 1 sensor on, replaced tires, then gave me the keys with 3 additional sensors on. Guy told me things that needed to be done to correct the sensors but it was actually due to him not plugging something back in. So he pulled it back in to the garage and plugged in and some other stuff he didn’t tell me and the sensors went off. I ended up taking my car directly to another shop to get checked. I spent over $2000 for new tires and an alignment. I was hoping they would be a good shop at that price. I won’t be using them again. UPDATE** the tires that were purchased and the alignment that totaled over $2000 did not come with new valve stems! How in the world do you not get those standard with tire and alignment purchase?! Is that not a safety issue? Why not at least mention it to the customer to at least give them an option to replace?! My tires have been low every few days so I assumed it was the change in weather and to give it time to avoid dealing with a shop that doesn’t value me. They really don’t care about their reputation either. It doesn’t make sense to spend that much and think that a person wouldn’t get new valve stems at the time of purchasing new tires. They really dropped the ball. The manager kills with kindness and says well you didn’t purchase these tires through the shop but you can pay to have them done tomorrow. I sure will and it will be to another shop. Not Mr Tire on Pulsar.

Glen gave me a hard time for having a fidelity care plan that covered my oil change. Mr. Tire was one of the 2 local locations that honors the contract I paid 5k for. Glen told me that those contracts are for big projects and I'm wasting his time, for he's never heard of fidelity.. and he would charge me 25$ just to look at the contract, but if he can't figure it out I have to pay full price on top. So I went to my car and called fidelity, and the lady told me to take her inside to talk to him on speaker. She told him Mr. Tire is in contract with fidelity and gave him the info to cover payment. Glen huffed and puffed and told me it would be ready in a couple hours. I dropped my car off at 9:30AM and never got a call. I went to check on it before I had to work and the door was locked and he didn't answer. He called me back as my husband and I pulled up to my job, so I told my job I would be late and went to get my car. I got to Mr. Tire 10 minutes before close, just talked to Glen, he knew I was coming, but he made me wait outside the locked door in the cold dark rain for 15 minutes before he unlocked it to give me my key. 1 month later my engine started knocking. I got a diagnostic from Subaru dealership shaying Glen overfilled the oil in my engine by at least a quart according to the professionals at Subaru dealership. This caused oil to foam up and threw a rod in my engine. My car has 68,000 miles on it and has been well maintained. Mr. Tire corporate answers the phone if you call customer service. They tell me to call the claims department. I've called the claims department at least 14 different days and have never got an answer. I have left atleast 14 voicemails.and have not gotten a response. I sent a demand letter demanding payment 3 days ago and if I don't hear back I will be forced to go to court to cover the 9000$ it costs to rebuild my engine. Don't go here.

Horrible service. Glen Micheal store manager didn't greet us when coming in. I told him I had a screw in my tire he said I needed a new tire and he couldn't patch it. Mind you we are visiting from out of town. Oh and didn't have my tire size mind you I have a 2022 Kia Forte probably one of the most common tires. Really didn't feel welcomed. Glen if you don't like your job find a new one.
