My experience here was great. I took my older Nissan Altima in for an inspection and the entire process was simple, fast, and convenient. The waiting area was quiet and very clean. Communication was timely and clear. I had to leave my car over the weekend because the tires hadn't arrived and felt secure knowing they had a locked gate for the vehicles on the property. Upon pickup, I was given a thorough printed report of the work that was done. Prices were reasonable and transparent. I will go back for my next auto service!

On 3/5 /26 while on a trip to South Carolina to see my daughter my car broke down Milex Complete Auto Care - Mr. Transmission was able to set up a tow and get my car looked that same morning. I received the news my transmission had gone out. I was officially stranded. Their quick proper diagnoses of the car made trying to fix the situation easier. They went well out of their way to assist me in any way they could. The kindness and caring they showed made all this difference in my situation!

Highly Recommend. They are professional, honest, and kind. They do an evaluation of the whole vehicle with a detailed printred report to ensure they are addressing the right issue. The facility, including the restroom, is clean and quiet. As a woman, i feel very safe that I wont be jilted.

They kept me informed and could make accomodations such as using oem parts if requested. Also answered all my questions. I subtracted 1 start as the price is a bit more then I was expecting as they charge a 12% shop fee inatead of a set price per job/part fixed. Also this is before taxes so that increases taxes as well. Also subtracted a star because I was told that I needed a new bulb for my license plate and when I got it I checked it on multiple occasions and both of them are working fine. So I am wondering how well they truely checked things out. Chrissy the receptionist lady (unsure about spelling) is great and is socialable and personable. Makes doing business easier! I say 3 stars due to price and incorrect diagnostic. Seems like they wanted me to pay 66 dollars for a bulb and about 10 min or less of labor when I didnt even need it replaced. This is the only part I know exactly what I am looking at that they said needs replaced or repaired. I am updating my review from a 3 star to a 4 star as the communication is good, the fact they responded to my original review and I do appreciate that they have a secure lot to park your car in if they need it for an extended amount of time .

I had the car towed in believing to need a transmission replacement. They did a complete checkout and found the transfer case was at fault as well as a couple of other problems that could pose problems soon. They found a used transfer case and replaced a couple of other things. My daughter said runs like new. They seem to do very competent work and the price is competitive. Very friendly people , and I was very satisfied, so is my daughter, it is her car.
