I recently moved to Columbus and I've been looking for a mechanic to take care of my car. I read online about McQueens tires and I had to give them a go with their nearly flawless rating. I'm extremely happy I found them because they were fantastic! The crew was great, Riley was very kind and the price to get my back brakes and rotors felt extremely fair. I was curious and Riley even took me into the shop to look at my old rotors and brake pads, I love looking at this stuff. He was already busy as is, but having him let me go back and check on the old hardware was pretty awesome to me! The price to get my back rotors and brakes was something I was pleased with. I had been shopping around Columbus for prices and McQueen was the least expensive! I am happy I got the car fixed and I'm happy with the price too! Thanks McQueen, I definitely plan on coming back for anything car related!

Can confidently say I have found my new mechanic. Riley has been super helpful and when McQueen does the work, it is fairly priced and they only do what is needed. On another occasion I had a larger issues and he recommended going to a dealership for the needed work after taking a look, and he gave me another 20 minutes of his time over the phone explaining the cost associated and what best to do. So grateful. Thank YOU! Have had a few oil changes done and front brakes just replaced. I will continue to be a returning customer.

I am especially weary as a woman looking for a mechanic shop, but I'm extremely happy with my decision to come get my car's tune up here. I feel every recommendation was honest, the pricing was fair, and I will absolutely be coming back in the future. I wanted to feel certain that my (older) car was safe enough to drive our soon-to-be newborn around in and I am extremely confident that that goal was achieved.

We had an issue with our blower motor, and my husband and I tried our best to fix it ourselves. We bought a new blower motor and replaced the old one, but unfortunately, it still didn’t work. We were hesitant to go to a dealership because of the high cost, but my husband had previously used McQueen Tire and Auto and had a great experience, so we decided to bring our car there. We dropped the car off on Wednesday night, fully expecting it to take several days and even prepared to rent a car. To our surprise, we got it back by Friday afternoon. When they checked the car, they found that we had simply forgotten to screw in the blower motor properly. They fixed it and didn’t even charge us for that. We had also removed part of the dashboard ourselves and assumed it would be expensive to have it put back, but it wasn’t at all. In total, we paid just over $70, which included fixing the blower motor, replacing the cabin air filter, reinstalling the dashboard, and even fixing our dashcam wiring. They close at 5:30 PM, and my husband arrived a little late, but they still took the time to help us and made sure everything was taken care of. The team truly goes above and beyond. They are easy to talk to, honest, on time, and very professional. Josh and Ben are great! Their friendliness, honesty, and willingness to explain everything clearly really stood out and made the experience even better. Highly recommend McQueen Tire and Auto!

Riley is the absolute best person I have worked with in Columbus. Everyone there works extremely fast (i waited 10 minutes for him to check my serpentine belt, which he did for free), and they are always transparent up front about potential costs. I had a lot of issues with my car in the past and they did a fantastic job. I recommend this shop to everyone.
