McCombe did a great job repairing the damage to my car. It looks like new! The estimator, Trina Willis, was professional and easy to talk to, and she dealt with my insurance company. I also appreciated the Carwise app, which allowed me to track the progress of the repair.

Excellent customer service, excellent work. It was done quickly. I actually had 2 cars repaired here. I typically use a different repair shop but Joe took such good care of us on the first car, a 2022 Honda Passport, that I had them repair my 2021 Tundra too.

competitive pricing and very transparent with you! it feels like they went above and beyond with my car and customer service. there was damage to my headlights that was out of my price range and initial estimate that i was told might affect cosmetics over functions, but the work is so well done i can barely tell!

My expectations were not met. Waited 2 weeks after the accident because McCombs was too busy. Dropped off the car and two weeks later McCombs informed me still too busy - McCombs wants to ship the car up to Mansfield. Found out once the car was looked at a part need to be ordered - another 10 days. It took almost 70days to get the car back for what I believe should have been a maximum of 50 days . thus 3 weeks too long. Follow-up by McCombs poor - support when I brought my issues to McCombs was more of my issue they did not feel they did anything wrong. Only an apology when I asked for it. Hopefully there is not a next time but it won't be McCombs

I was recommended McCombe by a friend after my dad backed into my passenger driver side door of my Mazda CX-5 with his after market solid steel bumper on his Tundra. I got 3 quotes and McCombe was my last stop. Honestly the first 3 places I went seemed so eager to take photos, send me on my way, and then email MASSIVE $$$ quotes with little to no explanation where the money was going? At least not to someone who doesn't speak car and never had to have a repair of this nature done. Now this was my dad who hit me, so I didn't want to just go with the most expensive thing cause it was an option. So that was my initial experience with 3 very popular body shops in Columbus. When I went to McCombe it was totally different. I had an appointment for an estimate. They went outside with me to my car. Went over the damage, walked me through all they planned to do and why. And what would be painted, replaced, reused etc. They were there to answer questions, and even let me know if my Dad had questions to give them call. Super friendly, seemed to really want me to understand the scope of work and I instantly was more at ease here than the other 3 places I went to. When I got the quote, and my dad's insurance okayed it, I scheduled a drop off date. And they really worked with me because I ended up needing to drop the car off 4 days early due to me leaving the country for 9 days. The repair got done almost entirely while I was gone. It was ready on time. And honestly despite my fears that side of my car would always look different than the rest, it was SEEMLESS. You would never know my whole door was replaced. Everything looks good, and works as should. And the process was so simple. Also I felt good about the work that was done, and their whole staff was always friendly and willing to help when I had questions. Would recommend them to anyone. Very small business / family owned vibes and the work was still top notch. I hope to never need a body shop again, but if I do, I would 100% bring my car here again. Thanks so much!!
