I came home from a really long road trip out west and brought my van into Luke’s for an oil change. During the service, I requested that my battery be tested. Lo and behold, by the time my oil was changed and my tires were rotated - my battery was completely dead. Kristian and Olivia went above and beyond to ensure that my battery got replaced in record time. The quality of service I received was beyond exceptional and I’m truly grateful for my experience today. Thank you so much!

Been having an issue with my car for over a month. Went to another shop and they couldn't diagnose the problem. Took my car to Luke's and within the day they were able to pin point the issue and fix it. Excellent service. The updates and all the information they give you is very easy to understand about what's going on with your car. Could not recommend more.

My experience with Luke's Auto was very good. The people I spoke with on the phone were friendly and welcoming, which made me want to bring my car to them. I initially called the Bethel Rd location, but after finding it was too far, I asked to be transferred to a closer location. The staff at the new location were just as friendly and helpful. When I arrived, the staff were courteous, and the facility was nice. Although my car wasn't fixed that day, I was relieved that my insurance company could assist me in getting it to the right place and having it repaired at a price I could afford. I'm grateful to Olivia and the entire team for their kindness and assistance, and I appreciate the chance to have met such great people.

This was by far the best mechanic I have ever been to. The inspection is reasonably priced and provides the most detailed report on everything found with your vehicle. I spoke with Kendall and he was very clear and honest about the repairs for my vehicle. He did not try to haggle me and gave me a wealth of knowledge on my best course of action to affordably repair my vehicle.

**3 Stars** I recently had the water pump replaced on my vehicle at Luke's Auto Shop. Unfortunately, shortly after the repair, I discovered that a coolant hose clamp associated with the water pump had been left improperly installed. This caused coolant to leak into the engine bay and could have led to much more serious engine damage if it hadn't been caught quickly. A mistake like this is concerning because the cooling system is a critical component, and something as basic as verifying that all hose clamps are properly secured should be part of every final inspection before a vehicle is returned to the customer. That said, I also believe it's important to recognize when a business makes a genuine effort to address a problem. Once the issue was brought to the shop's attention, the service manager handled the situation professionally. While the original workmanship issue should not have occurred, he did what he could to make the situation right by listening to my concerns, arranging for the vehicle to be checked over, and working to restore my confidence in the repair. No repair shop is immune to mistakes, but how those mistakes are handled matters. In this case, the initial repair fell short of the standard I expected, but the service manager's professionalism and willingness to stand behind the work improved what could have been a much worse experience. Overall, I hope the shop strengthens its quality-control procedures to ensure critical items like coolant hose connections are verified before vehicles leave the shop. If they do, I believe they can provide a much more consistently positive customer experience.
