I had an awful experience here! I got into a small accident December 13th 2025 from hitting a curb. They tried totaling it ( dealerships cannot total cars. ), so my insurance towed it to another dealership and I just got it back yesterday and it runs perfectly fine, and it looks better than ever. But before they tried to ‘total’ it, they stated that I’d have to pay 1.2k out of pocket or get it towed somewhere else… ok weird since my insurance can cover up to 25k.. so obviously i’m gonna get it towed to somewhere else. Okay the dude didn’t like I was gonna get it towed somewhere else so he says it may be totaled and i’d get a call back.. never got a call back, but my insurance did give them around 6k to fix the car ( more than the 1.2k they wanted from me. ) I get another call maybe a few weeks later, stating my insurance is towing it to another dealership and they just needed permission… okay! that’s fine. Lindsay calls me.. ‘If you move it, if could cause more damage’ But you said my car is totaled so what’s worse at this point? Anyways! got it towed and it works beautifully and works even better then before. Would Recommend Germain Honda before Lindsay any day. ( My car was a 2018 Honda Accord 2.0T, 39k miles )

Five stars for the repairs, and the friendly staff. 1 star on communication, information on parts being non existent in the entire country, and complete disregard for the fact that the customer was paying 50$ per day to Lindsay for a rental, which ended up totaling $1850 for just the rental car. No discount on the rental for the fact that they couldn’t get the part! This should have been handle better! The entire process for a bumper and grill repair literally took 4/7/26-5/14/26! I will NEVER take my car to this shop again! Seriously reconsidering the entire Lindsay experience after having purchased more than 5 vehicles from this dealership. I will also mention that if I didn’t call to check the stays of my vehicle, no one called me! I received a FEW text messages to say the stage it was in, or waiting on parts but I only found out the grill did not exist when I called! No one reached out, it just lingered until I callled after receiving the same text with zero information.

Rough experience with them. Accident happened February 12. I bought the car from Lyndsy so I figured I'd take it back.. Waited a week to get insurance approval, when that didn't come because the other driver was uninsured I told them to proceed as customer pay until I figured out if I needed to involve my own insurance and. asked them to please expedite as much as possible because we're paying for a rental car. I was assured they'd hurry. After about 6 days of not hearing from them I spent the next 4 days trying to get them to call back. Multiple daily calls, and texts went unanswered until day 10. I finally got a hold of someone and asked to speak with a manager. Cody was very nice and apologized for their computer error that made them think they were still waiting for insurance. Assured me that my car would be in the bay that day (Wednesday) and I'd have an estimate by Thursday at the latest. Of course I didn't hear back so I started calling Thursday afternoon. Again multiple calls, texts were not returned. Finally got a call saying my car was totaled. So I started that process. I got my stuff out of the car and called copart to get the car so my insurance would release the payment. Friday they were told by Lindsay that the charges weren't ready. And to call back. You've had the car for over a week without touching it, how were the charges not ready? Of course they're not open on weekends so I had to pay for a other weekend of rental car. Monday they called again. Charges still not ready! So finally on Tuesday March 24th it was released and this terrible experience with them is over. I thought after speaking with the manager that it would get better. It didn't. I've never had a company make me feel like I didn't matter the way Lindsay made me feel. I their actions are directly responsible for about $1000 of extra rental car fees out of my pocket.

Lindsay Auto Body did a very good job taking care of my car and handling the insurance claims. The car was back to me in superb condition. The staff there are professional and courteous. They especially did a good job documenting everything, taking pictures and videos and ensure I was informed. Their admin leader Autumn was very thorough; she explained everything clearly and make sure my car was in good condition before handing it back to me. Thank you!

Autumn and the team were awesome, especially Autumn. She was very professional, courteous, kind and patient with me and my daughters as we asked about some needed corrections done to the vehicle. When she called me for pickup, I looked it over and everything was very good. Job well done team!!
