We were visiting Columbus for the weekend when our 2011 Scion xB started making a loud whirring noise. Jose diagnosed it within minutes. He spun the water pump by hand and immediately identified the issue. What happened next is the part that really stood out. He pulled the pump, drove to the parts store himself, and discovered that the replacement they sold him was the wrong housing shape. Instead of forcing a bad part onto our car, he reinstalled the old pump so we could still drive, and told us exactly which OEM Toyota part number to get from the dealer. We came back Monday with the correct part. Jose installed it, and when the noise was still there, he dug deeper and found the alternator had an issue as well. He replaced the alternator at just the cost of the part with zero additional labor charge. He could have easily billed us for more, but he didn't. The whole experience start to finish was professional, transparent, and fair. Jose clearly knows what he's doing, he communicates well, and he treats people right. We're from Cleveland and don't have a regular shop in Columbus, but if we ever need one again, we're coming straight back here. Highly recommend.

View on GoogleMy daughter’s car, a 2017 Nissan Rogue had squeaky brakes on all four wheels. We called Jose on a Saturday morning, he replaced the brake pads and rotors for a very reasonable price. He also alerted us to a problem with the tie rods which he also fixed. We are so grateful for his quick very efficient service and expertise! Thanks again, Jose
