They were running on time for appointments. The staff were friendly and straightforward with pricing, what upkeep was needed soon vs things that could wait until my next oil change. I hadn't been to the Wilson Rd location before but always have positive experiences with Grismer!
View on Google5/08/26***UPDATE*** Grismers called me back and took care of the problem. Customer for life. I would recomend them to anyone. 5/07/26 I have 1 star only because of outcome. The service was friendly and prompt. I have dealt with Grismer for over 2 decades. I went in for a slow leak, thought i had a nail or screw in tire. I was told that my bead had broke from rim and after $47.00 repair. The tire was already dropping pressure and this morning was down to 14lbs of pressure. Not happy as "the fix" didn't fix it and I am out$ 47.00. **UPDATE** I had to have AAA come out to put on spare tire. They found a small hole in tread of tire. Now I have pay to have it repaired and put back on the truck.
View on GoogleI was driving down Wilson Rd, ran over something, tire went down within a couple minutes. I barely made it to their parking lot. They got me in right away, and took care of my truck. Friendly, professional, honest shop. I would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or tires. Also their sign out front is the best! The dad jokes make my day🤣!

View on GoogleGrismer Auto was great they put in my new gas tank and fuel pump plus tires after my accident but my car was still not running right but they figured out that dirt was pumped up into my fuel injectors, they took the time to get it right. I'm 100% satisfied car drives great no issues. I would definitely recommend them for your automotive issues. Thanks again
