Car shopping can be so challenging. We went all over the Columbus area searching for a reasonably priced, safe car for my daughter to drive. I was pulling my hair out and feeling frustrated when I agreed to go to one last place, Great Lakes Hyundai. Nick, the sales manager listened to my frustrations and what we needed and hooked us up with Ryan Smith. He understood we had a small budget and needed something dependable and safe to drive. He looked for something that he said he would put his own kids in— he showed us a Honda Fit and it was exactly what we needed! It drove great and was in my small budget. My daughter loved the little car and honestly was excited at how nice (especially for the price) that the car was, we happily bought it! From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated well, even when we weren’t the big spenders. That shows a quality you don’t find nearly as often as you should. Ryan listened, helped and made this process so simple, I can’t recommend him and Great Lakes dealership enough.

Excellent customer service. Caleb Cravens & Jek Chong both went above & beyond in keeping me updated on the status of my repairs, submitting all the information needed for warranty coverage of the repairs needed. They both made what was a very stressful situation pain free for me. If you need service on your existing car or a new car I highly recommend going to see them.
