04/17- Came here to receive service and got the run around, I was told to come back any time during the week to get my car worked on, I came back no one was available. I came back multiple times with no one there to do the service I was promised. The lady at the desk very rude, no hospitality, no compassion what so ever, she just simply doesn’t care. I will highly suggest taking your business somewhere else. Update 04/19: I got my car fixed else where and the mechanic of grace to Grace told me that it was just my control arms needing lubrication and I can drive the car as fast as I want it’s okay. It actually was my ball joints and they were so bad, they didn’t just need lubrication. I will attach pictures as well. I’m saying this to say be careful letting people give you advice on your car. Take your car elsewhere no a good place at all.
