This is our second time trusting them with our vehicles, and once again they delivered outstanding results. A few years ago, they did a top-notch job on our Mercedes-Benz GLC 300, and more recently they helped after I had an accident with my 2005 GMC Safari. David was extremely knowledgeable, especially when it came to cargo vans. Even though mine is an older vehicle, he was confident and never discouraged about getting it back in shape. Since it’s my mobile detailing unit, I needed it back on the road as soon as possible, and they understood that urgency. Eli, one of the managers, along with the rest of the team, stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process. Their communication was clear, consistent, and professional every step of the way. Highly recommend this place.

My experience was so amazing. First, Eli made sure I was at ease. He took the exact pictures needed to filed the claim, and get this ordered me an Uber on them to get home until my rental became available. Traci made sure I had clear communication on the insurance transactions and progress of my car. Honestly, the whole team were friendly and very helpful. View on GoogleWhile I appreciate the hospitality of the staff, it’s a big inconvenience to have to be in a rental for 30 days for minor body work repair. They also left the old parts in my trunk, which I took back to them to dispose of properly. Overall they did a great job on my truck. If you’re not in a rush and don’t mind waiting a long time for your vehicle to be repaired then I would recommend them.
View on GoogleTruthfully, I typically prefer to go to a privately owned shop, but Fine Line was open on Saturdays, which was a huge benefit for us. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised that the service we received far exceeded our expectations. Eli and Traci were exceptional to work with. They set expectations for a time-frame, then delivered in half the amount of time initially estimated. Our car looks fabulous, and the cost was perfectly reasonable for the parts and the quality of labor performed. I highly recommend their services!
