I bought a brand new FL5 Type R and hit a deer just two weeks after owning it. I called Fine Line, and they took care of everything. They even had it towed from my house, which was over an hour away. Not only did they fix it way faster than I expected, but the body work came out perfect. They even went out of their own pocket to fix things the insurance wouldn’t cover. I honestly can’t explain how happy I am that I chose them instead of a dealership. Huge thanks to everyone at Fine Line for taking such good care of my car. They also kept me updated the whole time Even when I was being a pain in the ass. They really are top-tier.

I have a really nice but older Toyota 4runner that I absolutely love but unfortunately I've had some body damage with a couple of accidents. I saw fine line auto body in Grandview online with 5 star reviews and great accolades from previous customers so I thought I would give them a try. I realized quickly the reason that they are 5 stars because the employees there, particularly Jennifer and Tony, took very good care of me and my vehicle. Great communication, timely, and very respectful... they did a wonderful job and the vehicle now looks as good as new. The price for all repairs was also reasonable considering the amount of damage. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend them. If you need auto body done you can trust this Fine Line in Grandview.

Excellent paint job! They went above and beyond. I am so glad I took my car here. Color matches so well! Great customer service(especially Nick, but also everyone in the office). Reasonable price. They are professional, polite and warm. Even help me clean it a bit after the paint job. Just wow.
