Ximena kept in contact with me, filled me in on each step, and made the process smooth and uncomplicated.I felt good leaving my SUV to be repaired. My insurance was slow, difficult, and less than professional but Fine Line worked with them patiently and with the utmost professionalism.They helped me locate a rental and when I picked up my vehicle it was clean inside and looked better than I remembered. I will ALWAYS go to Fine Line Easton for all my auto body needs. The bumper was badly damaged but looks perfect now.

Worked with Fine Line Easton to repair moderate damage to my rear bumper after I was struck by a tractor trailer. The team was very responsive, kept me up-to-date, worked quickly, and provided an impressive repair! They also helped with insurance management, some minor secondary touch-ups, and provided a last-minute inexpensive battery replacement when needed. Would recommend! 2013 BMW 335Xi.

I cannot recommend Fineline Auto Body Easton enough. They went above and beyond at every step of the process. My insurance provider was difficult to work with, but Fineline handled it with persistence, professionalism, and constant follow through. They pushed when needed, sourced the correct parts, and did their full diligence to make sure everything was done right. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and the communication throughout was excellent. This is the only place I will ever go for body repairs, and I recommend them without hesitation.

I was so amazed by the service I got. Needed a back light replacement. They ordered the part for a good affordable price. Only took a couple days for the part to come in. It only took the staff 10 minutes to put it on. The customer service is absolutely exceptional and friendly. If you need auto body repairs for your vehicle. I recommend doing business with this place. They take the time out to answer all your questions and concerns about your vehicle. I will do business with them again. Great Service!

I normally don’t write reviews because I’m usually skeptical of them, thinking they’re just internal responses. But I felt compelled to write this because I truly received outstanding service from this auto body shop. You would think you just drop off your car to get it fixed and that’s it but that was not the case here. They went above and beyond by helping me arrange a rental through my insurance and even assisted me with returning it when everything was done. Everyone was extremely friendly, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of service. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who ever needs auto body work.
