I had a great experience with Level 2 Testing. Even though it was past working hours, they didn’t rush the process and made sure everything was done thoroughly. Really impressed with their professionalism. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleThis was my first visit to ER Autocare and the team was great! I had a coupon and figured I’d use it but they exceeded my expectations. I got a very detailed car inspection and things to keep on my radar for maintenance. Mitch was super helpful too with looking up tires for me since I’m going to need new front ones soon. I’ll be taking my car back for sure!
View on GoogleI brought my car in only to have my brakes checked because they were squealing. Before bringing it in, I had no warning lights on and the car drove normally. After they worked on it, I was told it would cost around $700 for repairs, and suddenly my check engine light and start/stop warning light were on. My car also became wobbly while driving immediately after leaving the shop. When I brought the vehicle back and explained my concerns, I was dismissed and told, “We didn’t touch the engine, we just took the tires off, so it’s not our problem.” The employee I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional, and instead of trying to help they acted like I was inconveniencing them. Now I’m left paying another mechanic to figure out what happened to my car after bringing it here for a simple brake inspection. Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this shop. I’m sure they will argue they did nothing wrong, but i went in without any lights showing and came out with 2. The employee that I worked with was extremely rude. Please do not give them your business .

They're quick, knowledgeable and don't try to scam you into unnecessary work like other shops. I've this place will continue supporting them. I've been going here for about 5 years now. They've done my oil changes, tires, windshield wipers and more.
