Delta 1 Tires and Brakes Service

This place is a life saver. Had a blow out in the evening and this was the only place open (closed at 11pm, wow!) They were super busy, but still managed to get us serviced in about 30 minutes. The tech got the tire fixed in no time. He gre suspicious of the tire (dry rotted and all around blowout) so he checked the other tires. They too were on the verge of blowing out and he showed me how bad they were. Luckily, he had 4 of my tires (235/40R19). Gave me a decent discount for buying all 4 and we were on our way in about an hours time. Thank you guys for being so nice, fast, pleasurable service, and taking care of us!

had a nail in my tire. made appointments for a few days out at 2 different chain stores - national tire and battery and Firestone in Columbus. showed up on time to both appointments and Firestone told me to come back another day (even though I had an appointment) and the guy at the front desk of ntb told to me wait and I stood there for 20 minutes before just leaving. found this shop. stopped by and asked if they fixed tires, 30 min later I was good to go. nice guys and very helpful. very reasonably priced as well. It's in a rough part of Columbus and the overall area is a little sketchy, but the shop and service were great. highly recommend if you need a tire fixed.

Got a blow out flat on 270 at 8 p.m. on Thursday evening. Called ahead, and they waited on us to arrive. They put a brand new tire on the car...for an extremely reasonable price considering the time and urgency to be able to go to work the next morning. Thank you so much!

I cannot recommend Delta 1 Tires and Brake Services enough! My exhaust came apart while we were over an hour away from home on a Saturday evening around 5pm—definitely not an ideal situation. We had our vehicle towed there, expecting a long wait or needing to come back another day, but they completely exceeded our expectations. Not only did they get us in right away, but they had everything fixed in less than 3 hours! The team was professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting us safely back on the road as quickly as possible. If you ever find yourself in a tough spot, this is the place to go. Fast, reliable, and excellent service!

I was connected to Delta 1 Tires and Brakes Towing through my insurance on February 1st, 2026 when my car wouldn't start after a week out of the country, at the Columbus Airport parking garage. They recommended that a mobile mechanic come out and intend to fix my car, and the mobile mechanic was able to have it start and insisted I wouldn't need to take it anywhere else to have it looked at. However, a couple of weeks later on February 20th, my car wouldn't start again and it was discovered that the mobile mechanic short-circuited one of my slow burn fuses and posed a significant fire hazard to my car. My car could have caught fire if it wasn't for me thinking the equivalent of unplugging and plugging it back in would get a new dashboard warning to go away (then my car wouldn't start again, thank goodness). All in all, it cost me $300 to have the Delta 1 mechanic come out and "fix" it, $127.50 to have it towed to a mechanic my parents trust, and an additional $331.29 for the other mechanic to properly repair my car. I sent an email to Delta 1, called multiple times, and sent in a customer service request to have this resolved, but have yet to receive a response. It has been WEEKS and NOTHING from them. If you can, avoid taking your car here. They clearly don't know what they're doing and don't have the spine to right their wrongs.
