I have been a customer for over 15 years and Unfortunately myself and my family have to stop doing business with Dealertech. After finding out two sway bar links on my daughter's car were not replaced and when she came back for warranty was told the noises she heard was he transmission. The car needed oil, transmission fluid, brake pads and they failed to check. When she came back they did refused to give the money back for what they initially charged her. They dropped the ball and could've caused the transmission and engine to blow! Luckily she had it looked at by a reputable mechanic who found their mistakes. If you want to be overcharged and shady work done in your car this is your place! 15 year customer, and all my family will never come here again. I even brought gift cards to the managers favorite eating spot when I came! Never again!

View on GoogleLook no further. I won’t trust my car anywhere else I have been burned too many times by other mechanics in the past. They are always so honest and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. Every time I take something to them it gets fixed the correct way. My entire family takes their cars here and has for many years. Everyone is so honest. For example one time I thought my wheel bearing was bad and took it there and they took it for a test drive and let me know it was the sound of the tires I had on my car ( that were way too small ) that was making that noise. This ended up 100% being true I have driven my car thousands of miles and the sound went away shortly after I brought it to them as well. I can’t say enough good things about this place. This is my second scion tc I have had them work on of mine. I will be very sad if they ever close. Keep supporting this gem of a shop as long as they are open. ~ Chase with the TC
