Tristan was a delight to work with. She was friendly, engaging, and professional. She explained not only what I needed at this visit, but also what I would need to plan for with my next service appointment. She kept me updated on timelines to assure I was on my way in a realistic window. I really loved the video link to my service technician walking me through everything that had been done and actually showing my filters instead of just telling me they were dirty. That helped me make the best decisions for the future life of my vehicle. I've been a Dave Gill customer for 22 years now. I've never had bad service, but this topped the list of best service encounters bar none.

I had a check engine light and a check ecu + traction system warnings on my dash board. I made an appointment. I was asked about the alignment and I said yes. I also requested a tire rotation as well. 1, could nor fix my engine problem. 2, alignment performed. 3, tire rotation was NOT performed as described by GM. Si.ply put backs on fronts. Was told since they couldn't find the problem, and I was not ok with allowing the shop to keep it for a longer period. I was told that even though they knew there was a.problem,I had to pay a diagnosis fee. Really! I have two warranties, a truck that you can't fix, and therefore I must pay you $175? I asked to speak to a manager on the phone and was told a few minutes later that did not have to pay the fee by the agent. Bottom line, truck still misses at low idle. You can ask yourself, why would he come back?

Tristan quoted me at $150 to replace and program a TPS sensor a couple months ago. When I came back in to get the sensor replaced she had no recollection of this and now they are telling me I have two sensors out and it would cost $500. I am used to the insane gouging at dealerships but they typically comes with consistency and great service. Thanks for wasting my time. I will not be back. Giving two stars because Tristan and the rest of the staff were extremely nice as usual.
