I love this place, they treated me right and did a great job. The entire experience was well done My first interactions with them in person, was when I dropped my car for repair. I figured I could walk home in an hour or two, and when we were finished and I started walking away they asked is no one picking you up? When I said no, they insisted on driving me home. Very glad they did, it started to rain and it would have been horrible. They replaced the front bumper and side panel on my Buick enclave. They found damage that I had missed, and it looked new when they were finished. They talked me through how to fix an unrelated problem and how to get the part. A kindness indeed. On another occasion, I had a light out in the interior gear shift console that three places declined to repair because it was so difficult to get in and replace the bulb (and they could not believe I was willing to pay to have it done). On a whim, I asked them if they thought they could do it. Their response was yeah we got a guy. That light had been out for 18 months. it is so nice after all this time to finally have a working light in my gear shift lever in the console. I happily paid them. When a side mirror was damaged, I simply called them. They fixed it for less than the dealer charged my dad for the same car model and repair. Just go there. They are amazing. Shout out to the man who drove me home, I'm ashamed to admit that I do not remember your name, but you have had a very interesting life I really enjoyed meeting you. I did not bother with pictures of the car because the repairs just looked new... They have always treated me extremely well. Someone borrowed my car and a little bit of body damage was done by a car wash. They got me covered. Always a joy to use, I mean not a joy. I need to use them, but, I don't want to go anywhere else if I need anything done.

All of their employees, including Diane, Brent, Bob and their Mechanics are polite, knowledgeable and professional. They patiently answered our questions, and explained in detail, the procedures necessary to assess or repair our vehicles. And, to ensure that we were comfortable with the decisions made about the repairs. Diane and Brent kindly updated us throughout the process. We were always pleased with the final results of the repairs and painting of our cars. We appreciate their integrity and compassion. We highly recommend Combs Collision; and, we will continue to use them in the future for our auto care.

I just had my car repaired here after I hit a deer, and they did an amazing job on it!! They could not have done better, I am very happy with the work that was done, and everyone is super friendly and helpful!! My car parts were in quick and my car was repaired quickly as well. It looks so good!! 10/10 recommend combs collision for body work and painting!

The entire process was exceptionally smooth, from estimate through insurance paperwork all the way to the timely repair. Our vehicle was returned following the repair in excellent condition. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with.

Great service! I got into an accident and had damage on the front drivers side. They had amazing service and worked with my insurance. Super easy process, were super nice and informative and made the whole process easy and stress free. My car looks absolutely amazing. You could never tell there was ever damage. Recommend!
