I needed a battery replaced in my work van, and it was in a difficult area to get to(had to remove driver’s seat), so I left it to the pros on a 10° day. The battery ended up being less expensive than I thought, and the labor was more than reasonable. The waiting area was the nicest of any shop I’ve been to, rivaling that of a doctor’s or dentist office. The staff were more than courteous, and had no problems answering any questions I had. The fact that this is a faith-based company was the cherry on top!

They did a great job on my 30-year-old camper van!! And, they were professional, friendly, very helpful, and their bays were nice and tidy. Charlie, a mechanic, custom built an automatic transmission cooler when the parts were no longer available. I was impressed! They were a great crew to work with! I highly recommend Christian Brothers automotive!!

My first impression of Christian Brothers Automotive Polaris was one that will truly last. Kevin made an honest, intelligent, and caring impression from the very beginning. His integrity and professionalism immediately made me feel comfortable. As an older lady, feeling safe and knowing I am in good hands means everything, and Kevin gave me that peace of mind. Kyle was also amazing with communicating my concerns before completing the job, making sure I understood everything clearly. The customer service was exceptional, and I truly felt valued and respected. Because of this wonderful experience, all three of my daughters and my grandchildren will be bringing their vehicles here as well. My first visit to Christian Brothers was great. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection, and I was told everything looked good. About 9,000 miles later, I brought "White Betty" back for another oil change and because my check engine light had come on. I expected that there might be a repair needed, and I appreciated the thorough inspection, detailed diagnostics, and the courtesy ride home while they worked on my vehicle. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain their findings and priorities. My concern is the cost. I was quoted approximately $1,200 to replace four spark plugs and one ignition coil. I asked several questions, and the staff answered them willingly. However, when I decided to hold off on the repair and seek a second opinion, I felt like the atmosphere changed and that my decision wasn't well received. I chose Christian Brothers because of their Christian values and reputation. While I understand every business needs to make a profit, I left feeling like the pricing was excessive. Between the inspection, and oil change, I spent around $300 before any repairs were completed. Ultimately, I found myself thinking I would have been better off going to the dealership, I would’ve spent $99 for an oil change got a free car wash and inspection. Not to mention I wouldn’t have been given push back on saying I’ wanted to wait. It is disappointing because I was hoping to find a trustworthy local shop close to home. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and informative. Unfortunately, the pricing left me feeling taken advantage of rather than cared for. Many people are already skeptical of auto repair shops, and I expected a Christian-based business to feel more trustworthy. Sadly, my experience left me feeling the opposite.

This place was actually recommend me by another alignment shop. And it was a great recommendation! They were nice, fast, and very transparent. I would like to shout out the general manager there as he made me feel more than just a customer. I would definitely be back for any of my car needs.
