Probably the worst experience Ive ever had with a mechanic shop. I initially called to schedule a time to bring my van for suspension inspection. I talked to the owner and he said he would send his son over to do a free inspection at my home a few miles away. Amazing. His son came and did a ride along with me to see potential issues with the van, and told me to bring to his shop tomorrow and they would put on car lift to give thorough inspection and price quote. He said he would call me the following day to coordinate a time. Great, sounds good I said. GHOSTED. Never called, never texted me again. Won't return another of my 5x voicemails and the address online is for the USPS office and not even their shop. Very disappointing as Ive been looking for a reliable local mechanic to be befooled once again by auto mechanics. Not sure if this is somehow as SCAM but I feel slightly violated. I would give ZERO stars and highly NOT recommend.
