I took my car here to have my driver's side mirror replaced and had a wonderful experience. I went in on Monday and by Wednesday the part had already arrived and they had it replaced in 30 minutes. It was so much more reasonable than taking it to the dealer, and the efficiency was amazing! I will definitely be back next time I have any issues and would recommend this place to anyone!
View on GoogleI have dealt with Cals for yrs and have had no issues with them they do good work. Recently I needed my brakes done he told me the price and the day to drop it off. When I go pick up my car I was charged nearly $100 more than what he told me it was and the guy said the original price Dewey told me wasn’t in the system. Because I’ve dealt with them for yrs I did NOT get a print out of how much he said it would be. $10-$20 OK but $100 is excessive. This was also my first time dealing with someone other than Dewey. Luckily I had the extra money but what if I didn’t, what if it was someone else and they didn’t. Not a good experience this time around and may not give another chance to hike the price on me
View on GoogleI've been here several times Today was quoted one price on the phone. Agreed to that price, brought it in. Then was presented with a bill that was double the quoted price for AC freon. When I questioned it. Was told when he looked it up the price was significantly different on newer models. Well the moment you looked it up and the price was different, a conversation should have been had so that the customer can decide to pay a higher price. That is NOT your choice! Do not trust phone quotes if you choose to go here. And if you do once you get there ask again before they take your vehicle. And no, not a single apology for not being informed or transparent. Just a blank stare awaiting payment. So where would we be had I not had the money??? Unacceptable.

They're honest people who don't try to get over on you, cheat you or over price you. I can honestly say with confidence that whenever I need a service done, I know the job will get done the first time. And correctly. I would recommend them to anyone
