I had my 60k service done as well as the hood looked at, plus my transmission drained and refilled. They needed my ascent for a whole day but set me up with a courtesy vehicle for the time they had it. They did a great job on the service. The ascent runs way better. I had some trouble with my tap to pay. I never used it before. The lady at the window was the absolute best with dealing with me for so long because of my fault. But Sean pulled through and helped me out with showing me how to use tap to pay. From start to finish these people took care of me. Best service at a dealership I have ever had, hands down. I also live 2 hours away from them. It's worth the drive. If their service is this good, I can only imagine how well sales is. Thank you all!

Always friendly and if there is any issue (recently had work done covered under an extended warranty that the software system didn’t show as ‘warranty work’) it is quickly resolved. Maria oversaw this recent repair and kept me informed every step of the way.
View on Google"Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching" I bought my Subaru at Byers Subaru Dublin. I have had all my work completed by the service team. I had a recent issue. My Crosstrek had a low oil light. I added more oil. A few days later my oil pressure light came on. I had my vehicle towed to the service department. After some diagnostic work, the service team found out my Crosstrek needed a new engine due to the oil leak. The source of the oil leak was a drain plug that was not tightened enough after my last oil change. I would have never known the source of the oil leak if the service team was not honest. They could have very easily just tightened the drain plug. However, Byers Subaru Dublin offered to replace my engine at no cost. This shows how much integrity this shop possesses. I believe that is invaluable. I will continue to use Byers Subaru Dublin for all my future services and vehicle purchases. I cannot recommend Byers Subaru Dublin Service Center enough. You will be happy with their service. I specifically want to give a shout out to Brittany and Mike.
