I had a great experience at this body shop. The Estimator-Dan Clay was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made everything easy. The repair work looks amazing—my car looks better than ever. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work or collision repair!
View on GoogleTop notch work and customer service. Dan was great to deal with, and the techs did a great job getting my vehicle back to like-new condition. Insurance was hard to deal with, but the shop was great. Side impact accident thinned the metal to the point where it couldnt be repaired so car had to get a new rear quarter. Suspension. Etc. Car drives great and feels like it did before. Cant even tell the paint is new or blended. A+ shop.
View on GoogleByers Collision was the only company to not only suggest an alternative to repairing small scratches on the bumper (rather than remove/repair), they actually cleaned up the area (95% better) while still estimating. That cut the cost of repair by more than half! All the associates were friendly, professional, efficient, and just plain great to work with. And to top it off, the repair was done in less than one day, rather than the expected 2-3 days. It all was just a really good experience!

Emily walked me through everything and kept in constant contact. The techs did an amazing job of “factory resetting” my Onyx to its former glorious goth self. Seriously looks like the day I drove it off of the lot!! Thank you x a million!!!

I work directly with Emily Banks and just wanted to share what a pleasure it is dealing with her. She is always smiling and laughing, courteous, and professional. She is clearly dedicated to her position. She keeps me updated regularly throughout each repair. I was there dropping a vehicle off recently and she was jogging through the lot clearly on a mission trying to expedite her contact/service for one of her many customers. That type of dedication is hard to come by these day’s and coming from the service industry myself that is something to be commended for. I have always said you can tell a lot about a person’s dedication by how quickly they move their feet. Hat’s off to all the techs behind the scenes as well. When I pick these vehicles up I have yet to find one that you can tell has been wrecked after their completed work. Fine job to all, keep up the good work and I look forward to many more years of using your services.
