A Sunday night in Columbus and no one else was taking customers! Eli got us taken care of in less than 30 minutes. We were an hour from home and got a bubble in our tire so driving on the highway was definitely a no go! Eli found us a tire and got us back on the road real quick! Very nice and funny guy!! Highly recommend!
View on GoogleWarning — Very Bad Experience! I changed two tires at this shop, and they gave me a warranty. But just 4 days later, one of the tires burst! I went back to them, and they completely denied remembering me and refused to replace it, even though I showed the warranty. Very unprofessional and dishonest service. Be careful — they don’t take responsibility for their work and will waste your time and money
View on GoogleDon’t trust them, they will be really nice to you while they rip you off. Look up prices for services at other shops nearby. Most reputable shops will have price listed and not just give you a high number after the service is done.
View on GoogleStopped by on my way to another tire shop. The guys there were helpful and honest. I thought I needed a new tire. The mechanic (didn’t get his name) said he wanted to test it first because the tread was still really good. Turns out it was the valve stem. He repaired that and I was on my way. In and out within 20 mins. Definitely recommend and will go back.
