Overall they are probably no better and no worse than any other chain brake repair shop. They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The price was in line for the amount of work that I had done. It was a pretty positive experience. I am subtracting one star because the manager/counter guy solicited a positive Google review while I was in the store. He was a little argumentative when I said I would wait to get home to write the review.

Not what I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service from the moment we walked through the door was impeccable! The waiting area was very clean and their chairs were comfortable, and it was very nice that they offered complimentrary beverages while we were waiting. As for the services that we had done, they explained everything thoroughly and they visibly showed us what was going on and what was needed to fix the problem, and gave us a fair price for the brake repairs that was needed, and they used team work to get it all done in a timely manner. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I stopped by on a random day and was immediately impressed by the warm welcome I received from Ajay and Olivia. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming and took the time to provide detailed explanations of exactly what my car needed and what the process would involve. What truly stood out was how the entire crew went above and beyond to ensure both my vehicle and I were exceptionally well cared for. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire experience. While I was there, I witnessed something remarkable - other walk-in customers and those with scheduled appointments all received the same level of detailed, caring service. I also observed customers who called in receiving the same exceptional treatment over the phone. Even when they had to recommend someone to another business due to safety issues for their staff, they took the time to personally direct them to other trusted businesses that could provide the same level of helpful service, so that they could return and get their brake service completed once the issue was resolved. This speaks volumes about their integrity and genuine care for everyone involved. The level of service I received here was outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone on the west side or anywhere in Ohio. My experience was top notch, I was walked through step by step, not just brakes either, the store manager Ajay was amazing, she is highly knowledgeable, welcoming and polite. She explained the checks she was making and also made me aware of other mechanical issues not related to brakes. I would recommend Brakes 4 Less services to anyone who is in need. They are hospitable making one feel welcome from the moment you step in the door!

When we showed up here we had a car that would shake and wobble when the brakes were applied at higher speeds. I had anticipated, for front brakes and rotors a certain cost, and my wife anticipated another, but we really needed them. Wobbling brakes means the rotors could be damaged, warped, and they can’t be resurfaced. They just need to be replaced. We already needed pads. The price was around what I anticipated—not terrible. The rims that we had installed last year took a special kind of “key” or chuck to unlock, for security purposes. I admit I knew nothing about them. We didn’t have that key. It wasn’t given to us when we had them installed. So, we had to go back to the place we had them installed and get the key so that these guys could take the wheels off to get to the brakes. When we got back they started taking care of us pretty much right away. Within a couple of hours they just about have us ready to go. We are still waiting but we were asked to post a review. As long as the car drives well with the new brake pads and rotors (we got the “mid-grade” versions) and the bill looks right in the end we will be satisfied Thank you, Brakes 4 Less. Also, we have both enjoyed the conversations with the customers waiting with us at the shop. Thanks go out to them too for helping us pass the time more quickly.
