I had a pleasant experience at Brakes 4 Less this Saturday. I noticed my car was making a grinding sound and with an upcoming road trip, knew I need to quickly get my car checked out and serviced. I made an appointment for the next day and was able to take my car in, get a free inspection, and receive expert recommendations on the parts that needed the most attention. Everyone I worked with was friendly and patient as I figured out the finance side of the experience and nobody made me feel rushed to commit to a pricey service. I got my car back same day and now everything works like a dream!

Process was easy. I made an appointment was quoted a reasonable (pretax and shop fees) price and I already purchased my parts. Austin was super helpful with explaining what work was going to be done and about how long it would take. I was in and out in an hour but I was the first person in the shop. Seamless and quick process. Would recommend.

Techs seem knowledgeable and were very informative when describing the inspection prior to work being done and everyone I interacted with was very nice. They also got me in on short notice and performed the work very timely. However, I’m still not sure about the price. I suppose the price was comparable to other shops but, it was definitely WAY more expensive than what I thought I’d be charged at “brakes 4 less”.

Highly recommended. I know cars well. I usually change my own brakes yet my caliper pins were rusted shut. These gentlemen are legitimately the best. Austin, the manager, is beyond professional. Kind, knowledgeable, well-spoken, patient. He won’t try to sell you anything. He approaches you in a very consultative way. I wish more shops would use this approach. They provided excellent service at highly-competitive prices. Overall experience was 6/5 stars as they go above and beyond in ensuring you know everything you need to know before making a decision. Don’t bother going to dealerships. This should be your only stop for brakes in Columbus.

really great pricing-they went through my brake inspection clearly and did fast and quality work. The location can get kind of busy, so I would suggest going early in the week and early in the morning if you don't have a lot of time to wait. Justin and Austin at the front desk were both really friendly and helpful! Technicians were also polite and prompt!
