We took our truck in for an alignment. They stated we needed other work completed and that a part that we just had installed was broken. Had to order more parts and ended up paying over 1k in labor. By the time they installed the new parts their alignment machine was down. Never ended up getting the alignment we originally came for and we were out of 1k and still needed to go to another repair shop.
View on GoogleRoy Withrow, the Service Advisor, was extremely helpful and courteous. I had a flat tire; the technician removed a screw from the tread, repaired the tire, and replaced it. Service was prompt and efficient: I left my car at 10am; it was ready by 11:40. The charges were very reasonable. I would recommend. Bowman Tire and Repair Center, Bexley.

View on GoogleJames, Paul, and Steve took great care of my family with our Saturn Sky that had some previous repairs at a Dayton location and was starting to leak. They reassured us they would take a look at it and make sure it was safe to drive back home. As promised, they had the problem resolved within a day and had the car back on the road. The part was under warranty so it didn’t cost us anything. While we had it there we also asked to replace some bulbs and it was also done quickly. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their kindness and the service that they provided. Thank you so much. -Thomas Haas
