Had some work done on my F10 5 Series. Rufus and John were great to communicate with! Prices are fair and the work was done professionally. They did a full inspection and suggested other work with time lines for when they recommended it be done by based on urgency. I never felt like they were ever trying to upsell me. Great shop to take your BMW to and I will definitely be going back to them for future work!

I took my vehicle here for a diagnosis to a fuse issue that was happening with my power steering and speedometer. They had a waitlist and worked me in I received my car back within 48 hours and to my surprise they also fixed my fogged headlight and attached my bumper I had previously pulled off from a low curb. This place goes above and beyond when it comes to vehicle SERVICE. Highly recommend anyone with a Beamer to check this place out. They did all this with also being very affordable. I will not trust anyone else other than Rufus and John with this company with my BMW.

Great service and great people! Took in my new to me 2003 BMW Z4 for an inspection and some service and will be taking it back for some touch up work that it needs. They’ll be the only garage that works on this car for me. Easy to work with, straightforward, and the system they use to put in reports and work orders is great! Highly recommend to anyone that have a BMW in this area!

Had Best replace the battery in a Z4. This is more involved than a simple battery swap — with these cars a new battery needs to be “registered” with the car’s CPU to avoid the charging system overcharging the replacement. Seems BMW’s made the electric system smart, just not smart enough. Anyway, Best Motor Works got the job done real quickly and at a price significantly less than the BMW dealer wanted. The zed is now happy in the garage, sitting on a tender, waiting for spring. Real pleased with the maintenance Best did and will be using them in the future for all my BMW needs. Excellent BMW repair facility. My 2004 M3 Convertible was in need of some routine maintenance and didn't really know where to go here in Columbus as I am somewhat new to the area. I searched the internet looking for reviews and saw that these guys were highly recommended. I called Best Motor Werks, spoke to Rufus and explained what I was looking for. Told him that I had fallen behind on a lot of regular maintenance items plus the fact that the E46 M3 has the "Big Three" issues (Vanos, Rod Bearings and Subframe Cracks), and wanted the car checked out. Rufus is a real "car guy". He knows his business very well plus he's a real enthusiast. That makes a difference when you own a car like an M. He "gets" the fact that we LOVE our cars. I dropped the car off and told him that he could keep it for a while as it is not my daily driver. I asked for a complete multipoint inspection and a coolant change as it had never been done in the 11 years I owned it. The technician gave the car a thorough inspection and came up with a list of things that should be addressed as well as assigned a number from 1-10 in terms of how soon these items should be addressed. Rufus went over everything on the list one by one and answered any questions I had. There was no pressure to fix everything at once like you might get from a dealer. Since I only put less that 5000 miles a year on the car, there were things that could possibly be addressed next year. The owner John is great, honest and professional. As I mentioned earlier, Rufus is a true "car guy" and understands the love we have for our cars. I will definitely be using Best Motor Werks for all my BMW repairs and maintenance.
