I have had some bad experiences with autobody shops in the past with my 03 VW GTI. This shop has made up for them all. Very fast turn around. Great work. They even did a little extra at no additional cost to me. To say I am happy with their work is an understatement. This shop has just earned repeat service from me and my family!!!
View on GoogleI came in for a mirror replacement (with parts already supplied) and simply asked for clarification about the labor estimate because the printed quote listed 1.6 hours while I had been verbally told the job would take about 1 hour. Instead of explaining the discrepancy, I was immediately met with a defensive, raised tone and told to “take my car elsewhere.” When I calmly clarified that I was just trying to understand the quote before agreeing to the work, the interaction became even more hostile, ending with “Well I took offense.” Customers should be able to ask reasonable questions about pricing without being spoken to aggressively or made to feel belittled. Really disappointing and uncomfortable experience.
View on GoogleExcellent service. I had a minor front bumper incident and needed to replace some of the trim and plastic components at the bottom of the bumper. I bought the aftermarket pieces and tried to fix my car myself, but once I realized it was a more intensive repair than I thought, I took my car to ABS. Neva looked at my car in depth with me and showed me the extra pieces I would need to properly fix my car (and why I needed them) and quoted me a fair price to install them. Once my parts came in, they took care of the rest. The drive-through is convenient for a quick and easy estimate, the drop-off and pick-up were painless, and the location is incredibly convenient. I would definitely recommend this shop to others.
