I called Austin’s this morning to schedule a time for them to look at my muffler as it was making loud noises this morning and on my way there it fell off. They answered immediately and were super professional. They helped me immediately and I was on the road in no time. 10/10 Highly Recommend!
View on GoogleI seriously had the best experience with Austin Exhaust. I brought in both of my Cadillac SRXs and they took such good care of me. Everyone there is super knowledgeable, but also really down to earth—they explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They were quick, efficient, and really accommodating with my schedule, which I appreciated so much. And on top of that, just genuinely kind people. You can tell they care about their customers. Both of my vehicles are running incredibly smooth now—I’m honestly so happy with how everything turned out. Definitely found my go-to spot. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI couldn't be happier with the service I received here. After visiting three big-name shops that all quoted me between $1,000 and $2,000 for a full exhaust, I was losing hope. I came in at 11:00 AM and Ed took a look at my car. Within ten minutes, Ed correctly diagnosed that I only needed a new resonator. He quoted me $200 and had it welded on in just 20 minutes. My car is finally quiet again! Ed saved me over $1,000 by being honest instead of trying to upsell me. Highly recommend asking for him!
View on GoogleMy nephew went to Austin's exhaust shop and he had accidentally forgotten his wallet at my house. I called him and told him to ask if they accepted a card. They said yes. So I told him to ask if they could please run the card over the phone. I hear a guy in the background say "not really" So I have a credit card machine and you definitely can run cards over the phone, they chose not to. So we had to drive all the way to the location to pay it with the same card offered originally over the phone. My nephew has some challenges that cause him difficulty with hearing and his speach is a little bit hard to understand because he's very quiet. It was obvious that because he had some trouble with communication, they refused to run the card. Very disappointing that people still have preconceived notions if a person has a different way of talking or is quiet and shy their credibility falls under question. Shame on you guys!
