I was very honestly unsatisfied because the store says that it opens up at 9 o’clock. The man didn’t get there until 931 and even me telling him that I’ve already been sitting out here because he was already late. He still tried to charge me full price for the tire taller, Arabian guy, just careless

View on GoogleThis is the second time I have come here. The first was last minute, short in money and needed a new tire badly. They got me in same day, they got me a great GREAT affordable tire and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Fantastic! Today I called for a new tire, again wad offered a very affordable service, when I arrived I asked if they could please look at my brakes as I was..... riding dangerous to put it mildly. I explained I just got a job,I have few hundred to my name if that and really need help. Hager helped me, got my tire on right away, called and got my brakes ordered and delivered within the hour, and while I waited offered me HIS lunch! If that isn't absolutely positively the sweetest most awesome customer service I don't know what is! He gave me the price before doing the service so I knew beforehand I could afford it,he offered to turn the heat on inside if I was cold, he showed me exactly what was going on and what I would need to have it fixed. I COULD NOT SAY MORE NICE THINGS ABOUT THIS BUSINESS! I feel like they are not at all trying to take advantage of me, he sees a woman in need of a safe transportation and he is willing to helpe.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU GUYS!
View on GoogleThis place got so worst. Don't go here they dont even have a mechanic. Business hours says 9am but no one showed up until 10:30am only go here if you have no other options in need a quick tire change they will at least do that ( change a tire)
