I cannot recommend Anuda and his team highly enough. After I was involved in a car accident on a Sunday, I was overwhelmed and facing a double mastectomy just a few days later. During an incredibly stressful time, Anuda went above and beyond to help me navigate the situation with my vehicle. He treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. He kept me informed throughout the process, handled everything related to getting my totaled car to a junkyard, and made sure I didn’t have to worry about one more thing while preparing for surgery and recovery. What could have been another major source of stress became one less burden because of his help. It’s rare to find someone who cares about their customers the way Anuda does. If you’re looking for honest, reliable service from someone who truly goes the extra mile, I highly recommend him. Had an awesome experience here! They replaced my brakes and rotors quickly and did a super clean job. Everything feels smooth and safe now, and the service was honest and straightforward. You can tell they really care about doing things right. Highly recommend if you need any work done!

View on GoogleI’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this body shop. I initially brought my car in for repairs, and it ended up being in their possession for about a little over a month. Before I brought it in, there were no issues with smoke coming from under the hood. However, after getting the car back, it immediately started blowing smoke. I returned the vehicle multiple times, each time hoping the issue would be properly resolved. Unfortunately, the problem persisted after every visit. Despite giving them several opportunities to fix what appears to be a problem that started while the car was in their care, nothing was corrected. At that point, I requested a partial refund since the issue was ongoing and clearly unresolved. They refused, which was very frustrating given the time, inconvenience, and additional concern about potential damage to my vehicle. Overall, I feel that the repairs were not handled properly and may have made my car’s condition worse. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

Running a day behind, and afraid we would be stuck for days, they were able to fit us in and safely/fully reattach our fender in one day (without breaking the bank). Highly recommend - would be my regular body shop if I lived in Columbus!
