I’ve been referred to this place by Costco for wheel balancing of my 2011 Toyota Highlander. I asked them to see do I really need wheel balancing? They inspected my car and saved my money by saying I don’t need it. However they said I do need to replace my front brakes which I knew it was due in few months. I’ve got it replaced yesterday. They installed premium parts at reasonable cost. Now, they’re my go to auto shop forever. Very honest and helpful people, from front desk to mechanics, everyone. Highly recommend.

I visited this location last Friday after receiving a repair estimate from a dealership that quoted me over thousands of dollars in recommended services for my Sonata. Based on what the dealership told me specifically about needing a new tie rod and a wheel alignment I wanted a second opinion and possibly a better price. AAA inspected my car and gave me honest feedback: it was actually in great condition and only needed a few things done, not everything the dealership claimed. They fixed the necessary issues and did an excellent job. To top it off, I ended up paying only half the cost of what the dealership estimated! While the visit took almost half the day due to a part needing to be shipped in, the staff was kind, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated their transparency and quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back to AAA Polaris for future repairs and maintenance. Thank you again!

I decide to try this repair shop to fix a warning displayed on my dash. They quickly identified the problem and ordered the necessary part. The next day the part was installed at which time another issue was identified and fixed at no extra charge. Steve did a great job keeping me informed on the status of the repair.

My wife went to this store for oil change plus free tire rotation. But they haven't done the tire rotation. forget about that they haven't even filled air in the tire. I know they didn't do the tire rotation as one of my tire is loosing air and it had low air. Now i doubt did they even change the oil? - Disappointing they think customer has now way to check so we can just say its done
