I brought my vehicle to Lines Auto for a noise I was hearing at startup and another rhythmic noise while driving with the windows down. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, I was impressed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the shop was exceptionally clean. They were able to get me in within two days of contacting them about getting a service. I was then able to get my car back within one day of dropping it off. They were incredibly helpful in informing me of what was needed regarding my car. They were very quick with responses to questions and also estimates of prices. I could not recommend them enough!

Everyone at Lines Auto are great. Andrea is amazing as a customer service person. All the techs are friendly and polite. Rich is absolutely a true professional and his business shows it. Rich is great to talk with and will always make time for you. Honesty and integrity are on display every time I have my vehicles there.

I called Lines Auto Service on a Thursday to schedule an appointment, and they had my son’s car in the shop the very next day for a muffler repair. From the start, they were incredibly upfront about pricing and took the time to give me options to choose from, which I really appreciated. I honestly wasn’t expecting the car to be fixed the same day—but it was. What truly blew me away, though, was their honesty. They originally quoted me a price, and when I got to the shop, they told me the final cost was actually less because some of the work they expected to need wasn’t necessary after all. Let’s be real—most shops would never say a word and would just charge the original quote. That kind of integrity is rare. To top it off, they even texted us on Monday to check in and make sure everything was still to our satisfaction. I’ve never had an auto repair shop do that—like, ever. They’ve definitely earned a new customer, and I won’t hesitate to recommend Lines Auto Service to anyone looking for honest, high-quality work.

Good morning just thought I would drop a note in regards to going to Lines and getting my older Toyota Tacoma serviced well actually more than service. I had the front end repaired which I had to have it delivered on a trailer and this was on Sunday night last week by Monday morning at 9 o’clock I had a report on the truck itemized what needed to be done what could be done and what was OK for now be that as in May I just after speaking with Joe and the team there I decided to get about half the work done which was critical, which was fine with them and they estimated the cost of the job and a finish date which is really important and the cost was a bit lower and the finish time was an additional day short so a total win-win situation I definitely would go back and I was completely happy and these guys did what they said and they are trustworthy probably the most important thing so thank you to all you guys over there at lines and I expect with the age of my Toyota. I’ll see you again in the future thank you very much. Excellent job
