I got my car back a few days sooner than their original estimate. They did a perfect job on the repairs. I was really impressed that my car looked like it had a detail job inside and out. It wasn't that clean when I first bought it!! The price was reasonable, the invoice showed every little part needed. And the people are always friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Then I went back a second time to get my mirror fixed they saved me a bunch of money with the cash price and then dropped it even more from $463 to $343 and had me out in 25 minutes. They are very nice and professional. I have men that want to go and use them from the work they did on my van. Thanks

View on GoogleGreat autobody shop, they make sure that your vehicle is repaired correctly and keep you updated with routine phone calls to set the proper expectations. There may be delays due to unforseen damages, but as they're discovered, they let you know what to expect. Thanks Rieser's for getting our Niro back to better than pre-loss condition. Great shop and is highly recommended!
View on GoogleMy experience with Rieser’s has been great! Got my truck in on the 12th of March and got it back by the 21st! It would’ve been shorter to no fault of their own. The insurance company was being stingy about what kind of parts they bought. Everybody was very kind and patient with all my questions. They’ve got a small family-owned feel to them which I love. Thanks for your guys’ hard work, but hopefully I don’t have to see you guys again 😂 the one car accident was enough for me!
