The service that I got at Enright Automotive was top notch! So good in fact that this will be the only place I take my car outside of getting warranty work done. Not only is Chris a great guy, he has a great operation. I mean how many local shops have a loaner you can take out while he works on your car? So why bring your car here? Chris is very professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and straight forward. His prices are great - You may pay a little more here, however it is totally worth it for the amount of attention to detail Chris puts into his work. I went to pick up my car and pay the bill, and this guy even gave me a box of girl scout cookies!! In a world full of shops doing the bare minimum, Chris sets the bar for quality customer service. Chris worked on my 2018 Honda Civic. He completed the brake fluid flush and transmission fluid flush. He also went ahead and reset my TPS sensor while he was in there. Through his thorough inspection he also caught some things that had been missed by the last shop I had my car in. How do I know that he's not just pulling my chain? He took the time to show it to me and took pictures!

Service 2020 Acura RDX......Chris runs a tight ship at Enright Automotive. He sends out reminders, communicates well and never asks you to spend any money for services not needed. Estimates for 100% of work are sent out electronically for approval prior to any/ all work being done. Comment: Enright charges full dealership pricing but the expensive diagnostic equipment and repair tools he uses are the same as what they use. Who wouldn't rather have the more personalized one on one service and communication with a mechanic willing to show you and explain services needed if requested without the usual dealership upselling and pressure.

Chris was very straightforward with repairs that were needed and what could wait on our 2018 Honda Pilot. He performed the needed repairs quickly and communication was excellent throughout. I would highly recommend.
